By accessing or using the OneBastion security intelligence platform (“Service”) operated by OneBastion Security, Inc. (“OneBastion,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
OneBastion provides an AI-native security intelligence platform consisting of multiple integrated products (RapidResolve, TracePilot, Compliatron, ChainGuard, SentinelMind, SentinelRisk) and a shared intelligence layer. The Service processes security events, analyzes threats, and provides intelligence recommendations.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The Service is offered under multiple subscription tiers (Community, Team, Business, Enterprise). Pricing, features, and limits for each tier are described on our Pricing page. Team, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service provides AI-generated analysis, recommendations, and intelligence. These outputs are intended to assist — not replace — human judgment. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any recommendations. OneBastion does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated outputs.
Uptime commitments vary by plan tier: Team (99.9%), Business (99.95%), Enterprise (99.99% with custom SLA). Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations. Service credits for downtime exceeding SLA targets are available for Team, Business, and Enterprise plans.
We implement industry-standard security measures as described on our Security page. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for configuring access controls within your organization.
The Service, including its software, algorithms, models, documentation, and branding, is owned by OneBastion and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as subscribed.
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days. After that period, data will be deleted per our retention policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneBastion's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify OneBastion from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may modify these Terms with 30 days' advance notice via email or platform notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
